Acceptable use & content policy

You may not upload, post, or share:

• Sexual or explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material.
• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM). This is strictly forbidden, removed immediately, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm.
• Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that targets or demeans people.
• Other people's private information (faces, addresses, documents) shared without their consent.
• Content that infringes intellectual property — only upload images and documents you own or have permission to use.
• Spam, malware, or attempts to abuse the platform.

Your properties, records, photos, and documents are private to you by default. If you invite others to a shared team, you are responsible for ensuring anything you add follows this policy and that you have the right to share it.

We use a layered approach:

• Automated screening. Every uploaded image is checked by an automated moderation service before it is stored. Images that are flagged are rejected.
• Review & action. Reported content is reviewed, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

We may remove content, and limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice, depending on severity. Unlawful content, especially CSAM, is reported to the appropriate authorities.
